Gaining an understanding of your perspectiveI love coming to the table as a blank slate and listening to the clients challenges.  Only through truly listening to the perspectives of the people who touch your product and processes day in and day out can we gain the true landscape of your business challenges and growth opportunities.

When gaining insight into your challenges, it is important to not only gain multiple perspectives, but multiple different perspectives from different vantage points.  We should be listening to viewpoints from multiple different aspects of your business, not just those who manage the tool.  Don’t just use quantitative metrics to make decisions, but get qualitative input from different user segments, both internal and external.

The more data points we have, both quantitative and qualitative, the better we can generate a more complete understanding of your opportunities
