Development is not complete until it is verifiedIn this age of competition we cannot solely trust in our ability to think we are right. After projects are released, they should be tested not only for functionality, but also for measured success. It is not enough to believe that our ideas and products are great, we must be able to show it.
Through quantitative data provide by analytics, we should be able to show lifts in traffic, revenue, and/or engagement. Through user surveys, custom support logs, and social media tools, we can gather qualitative data points for verifying the success of the projects we deliver.
